ALLFORCE / MIL is delivered directly to readers by mail
- there are no leftover copies cluttering metropolitan or urban streets and sidewalks. Sample readership groups are described on the ALLFORCE / MIL page of this Zone.

Circulation of 10,000+ copies consists of 7,500+ delivered directly to joint base Pearl Harbor-Hickam family housing; 1,200 copies are mailed to political and military leadership in Washington, D.C. and across the US; 1,000 copies are distributed to the Kaneohe, Schofield, District 14 and State of Hawaii Defense Department for circulation to their respective members. Extraneous circulation at events and special promotions leave few copies for the archives. Circulation will increase in 2010-2011 through access to service members and family housing units on joint base Pearl Harbor-Hickam.
